Welcome to the area Alex. Be careful not to put too much in tax deferred accounts. While that are great for saving down the road, you don't want to be cash poor and retirement account rich if your young. Also look into Florida college prepay account for the kids if you think they will go to college in FL.

Buying an off market deal and need to structure deal so seller Nets fixed amount at closing. I plan on paying all closing cost. What's the best way complete as-is contract? The deal is on Florida. It will work out that I payoff their mortgage, all closing costs and fixed net of $9,000. Thanks in advance.
