Post: Shadowing Home Inspectors - CT

Hello All:

I am brand new to REI, so I am lacking greatly in experience across the board. Recently I viewed a home on HUDHOMESTORE.com to see what kind of shape it was in. But I must admit, upon viewing it, I was overwhelmed as to what may have been "deal breakers." Quite frankly, at this point I am just incapable of determinig the severity of many of the issues that I am viewing. That being the case, do you think it would be wise to shadow a home inpector, if they are open to doing so?

Any input would be greatly received. Thanks.

Jason

Great question Rich. I'm glad you asked. I will be a realtor shortly and was wondering about this very issue. Thanks again and good luck.

Keith... Those are impressive numbers. Thanks for sharing. It is good you weed out the less than ideal leads by scrutinizing. Excellent idea for those who may be just getting their feet wet with low budgets.

I hate to kick a dead horse, but as a newbie... I'd like to revisit this question about finding an attorney in Connecticut that conducts double closings.

This seems like an awful important issue for those who are focusing on wholesaling.

Am I wrong?

Thanks in advance.

Post: In it for the long haul.

Hello to all BP members. From what I can gather, this is a fantastic resource for nearly every alley of REI. I thank all of you in advance and will hopefully become a seasoned investor, able to pay it forward x100. Thanks again folks! V/R Jason East Haddam, CT
