I’ll look into it but if that’s the case I can either put a long term tenant in there or if I stay in the adu I can rent the rest of it out

It does not need to be rented for 30 days brotha, that’s why I’m trying to raise money for this deal, its a no brainer, construction is significantly lower as I don’t have to build a foundation roof etc.

I pulled permits to build an ADU @ My primary residence, a 2b 1bath in my area rents for 300-400 a night according to data & other listing in my area, along with a 70% occupancy rate. I already pulled permits here in north Hollywood for this deal but since I'm self employed they didn't accept my loan application. I have liquid cash that I could sell to construct this project but I don't want to sell, I'm considering partnering but do you guys have any ideas ?

@Alan Lacey thanks for the explanation, so 2nd home loan is a good option in that case right? Thanks so much

Looking to invest in Neveda & a lender my realtor recommended me is telling me I’m going to get a 2nd home loan, I had asked for a vacation home loan. Any advise ? He said at around 3-4% interest rate. Doesn’t seem bad to me but I don’t know much since this would be my first OOS rental. Any help would be much appreciated

@Heidi Rice thanks for the recommendation ! I’ll look into the reviews thank you (:

@Joshua Hardy I live in Cali, wouldn’t mind living in Vegas though tbh 😂

Looking to invest in 4plex in Nevada, looking for great PM recommendations, thanks for the help

@Dan Portka thanks for the knowledge, I’m definitely connect with you. Yes I’m looking for a mix of appreciation and cash flow, looking to buy multi family. I’m open to oos investing because as you know in the bay and la the prices are nuts 😂 I’d love to learn more about your oos deals, looking to get into maybe the markets your in if it’s what I’m looking for
