What would be the downside of having an LLC or the benefits of starting without one in your opinion?

@Barry Pekin I appreciate it. I didn’t consider having the attorney review contracts vs creating them.

I’m penny pinching right now, but you’re also right with the team sport. Investing an a RE attorney relationship is a good move.

Hello all,

I would like to get some thoughts on whether it is worthwhile to meet with an attorney to set up an LLC and the actually contracts/assignment contracts to make deals work.

I tend to be a DIY’er but an skeptical of leaning on just LegalZoom and internet contracts.

Thanks!
