Hello BP community! My name is Jason and i'm really excited to finally take the leap and start my Real Estate investing journey! I have found so much knowledge and information on this site and in these forums! I am looking forward to connecting with other people that share my new found passion for real estate investing! A little bit about myself, I grew up in Michigan and attended The University of Michigan. For the past 5 years, I have owned and operated a retail beauty supply in Fort Wayne, IN and stumbled upon my first real estate investment. The commercial building we were leasing was foreclosed and was offered to us. The deal ended up being a no brainer for us and that started my learning process in real estate. I now see that the possibilities are endless! I decided to pursue my Real Estate Agent License and took the class and passed my state recently!
