That is a good point, I forgot when I bought my house I used docusign.

So I have a potential property, I have the contract, now I am in california they are in another state.  Can they sign the document and fax it to me or scan it to me and I take it to escrow or does it have to be the original document?

I am looking for an investor friendly escrow company in the East Bay.  Anyone have any recommendations?

I work in the area regularly and it's not the best neighborhood but you're not planning to live there so you should be fine.   I helped a person that got shot there one day and now I get a court summons every month to testify but they keep pushing it back, has been 2 years now....

 It doesnt say anything like that, just that one figure, the rest are for agriculture and something else which were both 0.

So I was on the assessor record for this property I am trying to wholesale and I was wondering what this means? Is it the price they paid for the property?

So I have this contract and live in California.  I have a property that is an awesome deal in Missouri.  It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house and  the blank contract I have has this 

"CONTRACT FOR THE SALE & PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE

PARTIES: Owner Of Record"  

For the parties do I keep it as is or put the persons name in there?

What is the "Legal Description"?

For this part what is the typical time frame?

"ACCEPTANCE: This instrument will become a binding contract when accepted by the Seller and signed

by both Buyer and Seller. If it is not accepted and signed by the Seller prior to:_____________________,

this contract shall be void."

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
