Hey friends,

I'm an agent in Daytona Beach and I locking in my first short term rental listing. When I am assigning value to an STR what are some of the things I should focus on? Can you actually sell your Air BNB as a business? I want to give my clients the best value and service and I can't think of a better group to get insight from. Thanks

This is a great discussion. I really appreciate all the thoughtfulness and difference of opinion. I'm good either way, but I'm new and don't know the exact extent this takes place on this forum. I do know that most people hate click bait and so many of the real estate groups I'm a part of do similiar things to keep post engagement up and that drives me up a wall!

Thanks Melanie! I'd love to get my hands on that template if you are still willing.

I feel like I'm kinda chasing my tail here. Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome! I'm really excited to start my journey with investing!!
