@jonathan Taylor! Thank you so much for your response. I need to keep this in mind and I may have to just accept it. It is free and Clear but I used my own credit and money to rehab. 

Is it possible to find a DSCR interest only loan at 80% ltv for a cash out refinance? I am on Ohio and just wrapped up a duplex that is free and clear. Thanks in advance for your help!!!
