Hello Biggerpockers,

Are there any good reliable roofer in the Houston TX Area that you could recommend?

We have a project that we would like to get started asap...

Please let me know.

Thank you for helping in advance!

@j Scott thanks a lot. I don't have much experience but I do have some; I've been doing wholesaling for sometime but no success doing that. What's a good interest rate in today's market?

Hello biggerpockets, I have a question here that I was wondering if anyone could help me with. How many times does a wholesaler gets pays? Do they sometimes ask for their profit upfront when they ask for their deposit? Is it possible to get 10k upfront?

If anyone could comment and let me know I would gladly appreciate that, thanks.
