oh no I do plan on living in one of them that's why I was aiming for a quad.

so I'm looking to buy a 80k quadplex in a lower income area. I know the FHA guidelines about living in it and all. My credit score is 730ish right now. Anybody know if any lenders that can do a loan like that?

would it be possible to FHA loan a quad plex then section 8 what I don't live in? Or is there some legal reasons I can't?

I have been taking all of that into account. Was more curious on the purchase price of your average house that ends up section 8. I feel like I have seen them range 30k-100k. Was curious what it is on average in the Florida area. 

i have been recently thinking about purchasing a property with the main goal being to section 8 it. How much should I plan to spend on a section 8 property? Thank you in advance! 

hopefully a lease agreement isn't a requirement and just something that would be good to have. Thank you for all the info!

how am I going to rent out a place I don't own yet?

I recently went to the bank and asked about investment loans. Navy federal credit union to be exact. It would be my first property to business plan, 25% down, 6 month A in reserve yada yada. But they want a tenant lease.... how in Gods name am i going to do that? It wouldn't be a section 8 property btw. First post here so I figure some somebody here would know know whats up! Thank you!
