Thank you Nancy! I will continue to educate myself to resolve the fear of the unknown. I really appreciate the words of encouragement, thank you and God bless!

Hello,

My name is Jason and I am very interested in learning about real estate investing. I will be starting Real Estate School in September or early October. I am 37 years old, I am married and have 4 year old twin boys and I work full time in a RV factory in Goshen,IN.  I recently downloaded a free book on my Iphone, "The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing". That is how I found this website, so far I am so impressed and even more excited about the possibility of becoming a full time real estate investor. I became interested in Real Estate about 10 years ago and I chose to take some college courses to become a chef instead. I had too much fear, too many "what if's" and just not enough knowledge of real estate to be confident into to getting into a career that can be a high risk. I admit, I really started getting interested in Real Estate once again from watching HGTV.  I was getting really excited on some of their shows. My wife, loves watching them with me as well. We are both interested in Real Estate and are very serious about transitioning into a career of Real Estate Investing. I am interested in Flipping Houses and possibly renting them out. I have a friends that has several rental properties that I chat with and that is where I came interested. I know this will be hard work because I know to have a positive cash flow to support my dream and to support my family, I must continue working full time.  The positive note is that I get off work early afternoons. I just wanted to introduce myself and hopefully get to know a lot of you. Thank you!
