Thank you sir!  I think that depends on what model you’re looking at.  Short term vs long term.  I know people with long term rentals in Miami Gardens/ North Miami Beach.  Some short term places near the water in Hallandale.  If you’re looking more west, I have a friend with a couple of units in Cape Coral.

Been following BP for years however I’m more of a learn by doing and engaging type of person rather than listening and reading (Enjoy getting my hands dirty and making it happen!). Looking for local South Florida investors that I may be able to provide some value to while helping you with the daily grind. I’m an energetic and active person with great connections in the commercial construction/utility space. Currently working full-time as a chef for a well known restaurant group and would really be looking to connect once or twice a month. Any opportunities would be informative for me and I hope very helpful for you! I’ll be sure not to disappoint.
