Really new at this and would like to hire a paid mentor or coach.  I have done this with my other businesses with much success.  If anyone is experience in real estate (5+ years) and is interested please let me know :)

I'm looking to hire a real estate investing coach /mentorship.  Someone to meet over Zoom with on a consistent basis.  I would like to cover topics such as how to evaluate properties for various types of investments, getting started, networking, defining established goals, etc.

Preferably those with at least 3 to 5 years of real estate investing experience.

Please let me know if you are interested :)

Hello Gideon!

Apparently I just missed it.  I am going to try to make the next one.

Hello Everyone,

I'm Jason and I'm new.  I am trying to figure out where to start this journey and after probably too much research; I think that Wholesaling or Flipping (or both) would be a great place to start.  That may change over time.  In order to avoid an information overload with no action it's time to just get started.

So my question is...

What would you suggest (or wish you would have done first) to set you up correctly to be more successful in your first year?

Thank you in advance for the help!

Hello!  I am getting started in real estate and after listening to a number of hours of the bigger pockets podcast, I am very interested in starting in wholesaling and then moving into other areas.  I am in the suburbs of Chicago and mostly interested in the Joliet area.

So as a new person who is literally putting one foot in the door, looking back, if you were me...at this moment...what is the one thing you would have told yourself; or done differently?

Thank you in advance for the help! :)
