Our team invests heavily in the East Valley and have a combined 10 doors in AZ. We are hoping to grow that this year with new opportunities. East Valley has proven itself with cashflow and appreciation opportunity and since we all live in the Easy Valley, we know it very well, which has made making connections and finding deals easier.
