I am in the greater Daytona Beach, Fl. We have a couple markets for STR's. Where else in Florida?

Very few foreclosures in my Florida market.  Holiday builders had 4 homes that they just dropped into pre-foreclosure.  2 of them are under contract already. I have noticed a spike in seller finance.  Has anyone else noticed this in theirs?
