Hey guys,

I'm 25 from Sydney, completed my Bachelor of Exercise Science (Sport and Exercise) and currently undertaking a postgraduate degree, Masters of Strength and Conditioning. The dream was to eventually work with elite athletes but that may prove quite difficult. Anyway I've always liked learning about things and have recently been fascinated with real estate, especially with the way Sydney real estate has been evolving overtime.

I really want to learn as much as possible about real estate and eventuate slowly into getting my feet wet and building on from there. I found biggerpockets while searching for the best place for a beginner to start learning and have since started listening to their podcasts as well as reading through the ultimate beginners guide. I am currently looking for a book or two I can start reading when I have a chance and have seen that "Millionaire Real Estate Investing" is suggested quite frequently, so I might purchase that book and see how I go.

Looking forward to getting this ball rolling!
