Hi Veronica This common is some areas in Miami. Have you received any code violation notices on the property for illegal additions? Also do you know what the property is zoned for? hello BP.

Can any one chime in...i am wondering if anyone has had sucess in finding  motivated sellers through CAM's. I figured they are managing these properties and may have insight on property owners that tha may need to sell and then i would wholesale these deals. I was thinking bout compenstating with a referral fee.

Any geedback would be great.
