I have been considering this and to your point, most of the K1s are lightweight. I am looking for $750K - 1.25M in depreciation. I'm hoping someone is like hmmm $30K, 0% interest, pass back some depreciation via Special Allocations for Partnership. I'm in.

Or something like that.

Hey guys, this is my first post! I am interested in investing $10K-30K in a real estate LLC to bring value to the table and take advantage of tax benefits. Where can I find reputable deals to invest in and provide value at this low 5-figure amount?
