Hi BP members.  I am a local real estate agent in the Cleveland, OH market and work with investors like yourselves.  I am also looking for residential multi-family investments for myself (anywhere from 5-20 units).  If anyone has an opportunity or wants to leverage an agent like myself, feel free to reach out.  I'm looking forward to networking and working with BP members. 

I am new investor trying to better understand wholesaling.  I understand that in some states (I live in Ohio currently), you may need a real estate license to ensure you don't trip yourself up with the wholesaling rules.  However, I also know that anyone with a real estate license has to operate under a broker who takes a cut at each deal.  I'm in the process of getting licensed, but the I know the broker I'm considering doesn't even allow their agents to wholesale.  Is that a typical restriction of brokers and how does one navigate through this issue if you are licensed and want to wholesale?  Thanks for your insights
