Brent Miller, Wells Fargo in Bellevue, you will not find a better lender anywhere.  Always lowest costs, always best rates, high level of integrity and has his stuff together.  I have used him multiple times and have failed to use him to my regret a time or two.  You will not regret getting a hold of him.  

Anybody every heard of this and what can be done about it.  After closing, I got a letter from the county saying the conveyance could not be transferred due to one of the following reasons.....

10 months later, 2 unreturned emails and and unreturned phone call.....property title is still in the other persons name.


Any good real estate lawyers from central Florida?

Thanks for the good advice.  My bank did actually give me two leads.  Alex, thanks for the encouragement, I was thinking maybe it's just too far from home and too much of a headache for a small timer like me but I appreciate the words.  I'll keep going forward.

Hey, i am looking for a good commercial lender in Wyoming.  I am specifically looking for a lender that will do 20% down instead of 25% and will wrap another property into the deal.  It will be about a $1.3 million deal.  I currently have a lender in Washington that will do that kind of deal but I don't think they are licensed to do it in Wyoming.

I am looking at an 8 unit complex north of Spokane, WA.   Pemco gave me a quote of over $6K per year, any ideas for other companies would be great.
