Hi BP family - I am building a portfolio of properties in northwest Michigan. I have one in Manistee and on in Irons. I am looking for any recommendations on cleaning/turnover services for short term rentals this summer. Based on performance of these two properties, we may look to add more in this area in the very near future.

Hi @Sendin Bajric - That would be great to try and meet up while you are in the area. While I am a CPA, I would happily farm out the books down the road, so let's keep in touch as things grow. 

Hi @Chad Rocke - Great stuff. I have been doing the podcasts, webinars and beginner books. I haven't done the meetups though, so I will certainly look more into this. I am not sure what they have in my area, but will begin looking. I appreciate the suggestions.

Hi @Kerry Baird - I appreciate the feedback. Will certainly look at different options. I had a refi down not so long ago on my primary to bring my rate down, and my credit score is north of 800, so hopefully that should put me in a good spot.
