To you and all aspiring Mr. Whizbangs out there. Rest assured, this can be an ethical way to make money while helping to bring buyers and sellers together. In my market in central Texas, most wholesale transactions involve a double close so as to avoid any sticky legal situations.

Disclaimer: I am not a wholesaler, and never want to be. I already have a 9 to 5. I'm a real estate investor, but I have purchased property from a wholesaler.

"Building Wealth One House at a Time" by John Schaub. It's written in such a down to earth style, it should put any newbie at ease (if you're a newbie that is).
