Hello BP! I am a new investor looking to purchase my first rental property.  Wondering if anyone here used roofstock and had opinions on this turn key site.  I have about 50k for a down payment and am looking at the memphis area.

Hello BP community,  I am new to the site but have listened to few podcasts as well as read books which reference this site pretty regularly.  Currently I am just starting my investment journey.  I am just about debt free (down from 45k), with a decent salary and a decent amount of unvested stocks that will be vesting soon that I'm looking to invest.  Unfortunately I didn't hear about house hacking before I bought my current home.

I'm looking forward to ideas on this site on what my next step should be (save, index funds, or real estate). I'm sure I'll get all kinds of useful information!
