Hi Everyone,

My Name is Jason. I have been  listening to the podcasts for about 6 months. I have been studying, learning, and preparing to become a real estate investor for about 10 years. I am very energetic, ambitious, and determined to build wealth thru real estate.

I am 35yr earning $50k+ with as little as $700 in negative cash flow per month. My credit score is above 780. Over the last 4 years I have paid down all debt and increased my income by over 50% annually. I have earned access to over 15k in credit, and have about $10k cash saved so far.  I have construction knowledge (6+years of full time work, passed CA state contractor exam in 2014) and have a full-time contractor ready to help when needed). I also practice photography - including real estate as a hobby.

I currently have a full time sales position with a technology company selling full-cycle loan and lease life-cycle management tools to online lenders, commercial construction lenders, lessors, credit unions, and banks. We sell to start ups all the way up to regional banks, world wide. I get to learn more about money, complex sales cycles, and all the various ways companies lend money daily.

I look forward to continuing to learn more from all the great content and information being shared on these forums as I prepare to purchase my first property.

If anyone would ever like to meet up for a coffee sometime to share their thoughts on the current market, I would welcome the opportunity.
