just to be 100% certain that there are no additional Liens on the property i am looking to acquire.  I have run into this on several occasions where someone takes down a property at auction and then someone comes up to them stating "did you not see there was a $80K secondary lien on the property?"  Just trying to do as much diligence as possible before i learn an expensive lesson.
