Hi, I’m Fairly New To the game, but have bought 3 Single Family Rentals over the last 1 1/2. I watched some of the podcast about this . But I’m looking for some direction on the 50% -100% Bonus Depreciation . 2 were bought in Sep 28th.& 15th.  And put into service in DEC 2017 , after some paint, floors, and some fixed. So I’m trying to make sure I can Recoup the most $ I can from the expenses to get them rent ready.  Any advice would be great.

Thank You, Jay

Hi, I've bought 3 Single Family Rentals over the last year and a half. Some rehab was involved, Nothing major. So far its been going pretty well. My monthly numbers are pretty good after Loan Pmt, Taxes and Insurance, I'm clearing Approx $575-$600 on Each. My question is what can i recover when i'm filing my taxes. This is Pretty New to me and i want to make sure i'm getting all i can back to Re-Invest .

Thank You for Any Assistance. Jay in Texas
