I don't know of a group that meets regularly.  I just put up a message and got a few people together to talk the last time.  I would be interested in doing it again if there are others wanting to meet up.

I am interested in attending.  Let me know when you have a deal that isn't for you, it may be just what I'm looking for!

Look at Shawnee Heights, Washburn Rural, and Topeka Seaman school districts are the best.  Certain areas of SW Topeka not in those school districts are nice, but be careful as many are not.   Stay away from the N, E, and W sides of Washburn.  South of Washburn is OK as long as it is not in the flood plain.   Just my two cents, I would be happy to give more specific advice when you locate a property.  

Be very cautious around Washburn.  Neighborhoods directly to the East and North are pretty rough.
