I vote Memphis 😀 but then again I’m invested heavily here too,

Area in memphis will have a key role in cash flow, but more then that is the company that you choose.

Management is key on any company that you work with, area that your investing in is 2nd most important, if you can tolerate more risk then lower cost housing is the way to go, if you go with the higher quality properties then returns will be less over time you will accumulate more wealth, memphis has a lot to offer in both areas, if I can help I’d be happy to!

Hey John, 

This would be the first time I have heard of this but, I would also check ebay and google they do have some shoping areas you could buy in bulk. 

I would check with another insurance company just to make sure you getting the best price too! I have a couple people I can refer you to if you would like to message me Thanks,  Jason
