Figure out what the seasonal market looks like in Naples, if it's pretty good then give it a try with a property management company that specializes in that field. Then after a year, analyze the numbers and decide how you want to continue.

Trying to time the market is a big mistake. You have to just get in the game as soon as you can.

I would say that you should have a solid equity cushion if you're going to make an acquisition right now. This means you will need to find some kind of discount on the deal or get amazing terms.

Many students are switching to online, and if the "thing" comes back it could devastate your business. Someone I know does SFH and rents to rooms to students, this could work for you if you wanted to but beware of the risks involved.

To scale quickly you will need to learn how to use OPM, which can come in an infinite number of varieties and sources.

All real estate is for sale, you just have to find the right price and terms to satisfy the owner. 

At this point you must become an expert in your submarket to see opportunities that are around you that others are glossing over because they're too generalized in their focus.

Depends on what you want out of life. Do you want to be an active investor who is working to grow their business and portfolio similar to an entrepreneur or do you want to just make passive income and do other things?

I know many people who swear by mobile home parks and they do very well. Mobile home investing has its own idiosyncrasies like any other subindustry but you can learn them and thrive if you do it right.
