Hey guys!

I’m new to the Wholesaling side of Real Estate. I am getting my systems in place and I’m interested to see what’s working for you guys in other states. I am using podio and callrail in constant contact currently. I’m trying to figure out if I should invest in a software that does mass text and ringless voicemails.

What’s y’alls input?

At the moment I’m getting 700-1,000 leads a month; I need a better way to convert them.
