Go to the Baltimore Reia and go to meetings. Look on the calendar on their website try and go to the main meeting, but make a effort to go to the “Harford Meeting” that’s the meeting where a lot of the big fish go where you might be able to find a mentor. I know there are some flippers who are experienced who would be willing to mentor for a split of the profits of the flip around Baltimore you would have to in most cases have at least the funding for the deal lined up before they would partner with you though.
