Look on the calendar on their website try and go to the main meeting, but make a effort to go to the “Harford Meeting” that’s the meeting where a lot of the big fish go where you might be able to find a mentor. I know there are some flippers who are experienced who would be willing to mentor for a split of the profits of the flip around Baltimore you would have to in most cases have at least the funding for the deal lined up before they would partner with you though. Hope this helps!

Hello! I’m Jasmin, I’m a 3rd year registered nurse ready to start investing in real estate. I live in the Baltimore area and hoping to possibly meet a mentor in this area. I want to flip houses and later become a landlord. I’ve read the Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing and I’m going to purchase The Book on Flipping Houses. I plan on writing my business plan this week, starting an LLC, finding funding and hopefully finding my first deal in the next 3 months. I’m excited for this new journey! 😁
