I’ve made an account on Loopnet and came across a series of Walgreens and other commercial property for sale. How would a person(or me specifically) go about marketing a potential deal to investors to getting a Walgreens with me? It’s instant net worth, equity, has a triple net lease for long term, and is a great place to go in the midst of COViD.

@Wayne Brooks thank you for clearing that up

I would like to get more into the subject as I find this to be a hidden gym. I’ve seen one good forum on this and this person has taken the route I’ve been thinking of taking. So...my question is, why is this an uncommon practice to help people uncover money from their tax foreclosure? And why is the leading guy(his initials are B.D), charging 1k for his class as opposed to the other person that charges way less to teach the process? It seems simple.

Hello@Tyrone Harris. I've considered joining that program as well. On ytbe, they encourage you to research many different states. So if it takes 2 to 3 months to finally get paid, I would research everywhere and get a good lump sum worth my effort. How has the business been treating you? I'm hoping very well by now.
