Hello Chris. Thanks for responding.  I did know my partner for many years. It was a rehab. Bought it as a primary residence under both our names. I would prefer to keep the property. I've tried explaining to the bank Primelending that he disappeared but they just say I have to find him. They have not been much help. The property is gorgeous. I tried assuming the loan but that was not possible. I think I may go to court to see if I can get some help. Thanks again.

Hello Chris, thank you for replying. I have been extremely stressed out about this. I hired someone to find him and they found an address for him. But now I found out that the property is at the beginning stages of foreclosure. I tried to refinance but wasn't accepted because I have missed too many payments. Im not sure what to do next. I had a lawyer working with me but he disappeared. I found another lawyer but he suggested I sell the property and cut my loses. This is very disappointing. I was also provided with a realtor so that he may access the property. This whole experience has been disappointing. Thanks again, Chris.
