Hello everyone! I am a young professional who has recently relocated to Houston from Columbus, OH. I am not only new to the Houston area but real estate investing as well. I've done a good bit of reading into the business and I've also attended one networking event.  I'm having a hard time figuring out exactly what to do in order to get started. I am considering getting licensed for learning and networking purposes, however I am really interested in wholesaling. I am open to any suggestions/advice.
