hello BP.  I am in the market for a real estate agent in kansas city Mo.  I am looking for an investor friendly realtor who communicates well.  I am in the market for 1-4 units cash.

I've be an having a hard time finding a handy man as well. I met a lot of people who do full construction but not too many who will do small jobs. Going to have to keep looking. What company did you use for turnkey?

I am looking for a KCMO investor friendly realtor. any suggestions?  I am looking for sfh in places like grand view, independence, lee summit etc.  trying to stay away from C- and D class neighborhoods

Renters have been paying 1000 but was asked to leave when their contract was up so I could sell the home. I have a great property management company handling the cleaning and can rent the place for similar if not higher rent. it's been a great property but I bought in too many states these past few years.
