Hello,

I'm from NJ and looking to invest in Passaic, Morris, Essex and Bergen counties. Can someone please provide some insight as to what kind of liens and any other legal issues I should be looking into when looking to buy distressed properties.

Also once I know everything I need to look into,  how would I go about retrieving this information?
