Has anyone done this in south carolina?

for me the most difficult thing has been finding serious buyers. Most of the Bulk REO and Bulk tapes from private sellers. Everything seems to go smoothly at first. Also dealing with real estate agents and getting them to act in your favor. There was a house I wanted to wholesale but the buyers agent was moving waaaaay too slow. I never even got to submit my offer ,because he never sent the paperwork and would wait 2 weeks to call or email me back :-(

where do you guys think are best locations to post up bandit signs? Also, do you use tape?

My goal is to wholesale 3-4 properties per month and within a year start buying short-sale residential and commercial properties to hold for cash flow. Long-term goal to own a South Beach hotel and close 10 deals monthly.
