Hello I’m currently looking for a realtor! I’m not looking for any realtor but one who Specialize or understand rental investment in the Twin cities Minnesota. I’ve bought my first investment property and my fiancé has also bought one so we are actively looking at options to keep going and expand. Thank you in advance

I’ve been having a on going issue in one of my duplex with the lights blowing out in my kitchen I keep hire a guy or guys and it keeps being a problem plus they’re not reliable and costing me more money. Doe any one know of a good affordable Electrician? Again this problem is a small problem but I do want a professional thanks.

I’m currently on duplex number to in Minneapolis Minnesota. Actually I recently closed on my first one and earlier in the year my fiancé closed on one so now where getting married in February and besides the fact that we will have two properties were also have two of everything and we need a great Knowledgeable attorney who specializes in real estate!

#2 I have a meeting with a potential CPA. If I chose to go with that CPA or any other, will they recommend solid attorneys. Thanks in advance for your help

I just bought a duplex, the previous owner way of collecting rent was in person. I want to collect it through Cozy am I allowed to switch the way rent is collecting?

#2 if the previous owner has a month to month lease at what point can I Implement my own lease? This is in Minnesota!
