All around Orlando we usually see a cap rate of 8%-12%+. Investors that I work with usually dont touch anything below 10%.

Hey Everyone!

My name is Jarrod Benson, and I am a Realtor here in Orlando. Im looking into doing some Joint Ventures here to start out my rehab career. My family has a background in flipping homes and I felt it was about time for me to also! I work with Investors, finding properties, on a daily basis. Sometimes, they have to pass due to having too many projects and I have to watch as somebody else gets the deal. This is another main reason for my timing on entering the investor world.
