They're coming from all over. If I had to pinpoint a location, I'd say I get a lot in FL and Charlotte.

I have an extensive list of non-performing notes and REOs that I am having trouble moving. They are all over the country and come to me constantly. Does anyone out there have a strategy or system they use for this? I definitely appreciate the feedback.

Hello BPers,

I was wondering if anyone of my fellow retail property owners had a certain way the went about obtaining National Tenants for their properties.  All of the start-up companies I speak with about renting aren't necessarily qualified, or don't have the funds, and I'm not really into rolling the dice like that.  Any advice would be helpful, thanks a lot.

Hey guys,

I've never really been into the residential market (besides a couple fix and flips). Nor have I ever been a wholesaler (I'm more of a commercial guy). But due to  some investment opportunities that have come my way, which I don't have time for,  I may be forced into the wholesaling game. The thing is, by me usually being the end buyer, I've never developed a buyer's list. What are your methods in doing so?  All of your thoughts well bee greatly appreciated.  Oh, and I'm in Chicago by the way!

@Chris T. The deal that came across me was in the south suburbs (Riverdale). From my understanding, all of the suburbs of Chicago had pretty high property taxes.  Is buy and hold worth it to you in these areas?

Hello BPers,

I'm wondering if there are any investors that have experience with buy and hold properties in the suburbs of Chicago.  A deal just sort of fell in my lap, the numbers are good, but I'm not to keen on the high property taxes in the suburbs in comparison to the property taxes in Chicago.  I want to know how your buy and hold investments perform considering the high property taxes in these areas.

Thanks a lot
