Hello everyone! I am a new member to the bigger pockets community. I'm 26 years old. I live in Fort Worth, TX, and I'm extremely excited about everything that I've seen thus far from this site. I am very new to real estate investing. I bought a home in Colorado Springs that I bought on a short sale back in 2011. I repainted the inside of the house and helped some grass grow in the front yard and sold it last September for a 25k payday. I didn't have a plan to "flip" the home or anything, but my success from my first investment really brought a drive to get into the industry while I'm working my FT job.

I am here to learn from other investors and would like to join a meetup group. I am currently looking for my first 4plex to start my journey on Brandon Turner's 7 Years to 7 Figure Wealth. I realize that this is likely to take longer than 7 years, but I'm going to do my best to get it done (And keep growing it)!
