I have many options just not sure about how to go about it. I dont need money down. I need someone with experience in MF to discuss this with. I have too many questions to try to educate myself in a short time. This deal will be gone as soon as its listed imo.

I have found some interesting deals.This is a whole new world ,when you view real assets to buy.

This is an off market property. I know I have many steps before seeing if this deal is worth a closer look. I have the expenses, it does cash flow as is but needs updating. How would you move forward ?

Since started to invest at a young age I often thought of what else can I do. After many yrs of investing in the stock market I started to think ...can I do better. Statements just don't excite me anymore ...220k ....245k....227k....241k ....as an example. After spending time here I am sure to be a RE investor ! The info here ,priceless ..the people here, fantastic and their insight, outstanding. I plan to buy my first property within the next few months. I don't fear RE the market...I fear not being in the RE market with enough knowledge to make informed choices .
