@Luther Wilson III hi Luther. Looking to get a buy and hold property. Either SFH or Duplex that cash flows. I don't have time to be hands on like I'd want to be because of time, work and no connections for boots on the ground so I'd have to go the turnkey route. I'd like to get into the BRRRR method eventually but I have to start somewhere. Are you an investor in KC or are you from the area?

Out of state investor looking to invest in the KC area and need some contacts/guidance on the ground. Anyone have any good contacts?

Also if your an out of state investor and have experience investing in Kansas City, how has your experience been so far?

@Josue R. I’m in this same boat but I heard a line in one of these podcasts that stuck out to me... “don’t let what’s going on around you dictate when to buy, just do it”! So I plan to do it. Unfortunately it’s going to be risky because I have to buy out of state (can’t afford California). Good luck!
