This land isn’t located in Atlanta, GA but Mississippi. My relationship with the seller of this land had brought me into this position to get this deal don’t for him. I will also seek out further advice from other commercial land investors as well. Is there anyone whom you might recommend?

@Steve Morris I have a great relationship with the owner of this land and they sought my services to get the deal done for them. In addition, this land isn’t located in Atlanta, GA but in a town within Mississippi where they have been injected with economic stimulus. 

Yes, I agree! It’s a booming town, major corporations are flocking there as we speak. With sellers wanting to sell their land that sits near the development of these corporations, do you think the land value of commercial zoned will rise double or triple in value?

Hello BP Community!

I am preparing to lock up an 113 acre land lot zoned for commercial. This land sits adjacent to major highway, ongoing construction of a Google facility, newly built Amazon (opened in August) & Walmart fulfillment center, with XPO Logistics a few minutes away. 

Does the price of $35M sound attractive to an end buyer for this type of deal that will produce major ROI years to come?
