Hey Everyone,

Looking to partner with agents interested in partnering with a company rehabbing SFR in the King County WA area. We are currently purchasing 3-5 homes a month, the majority of those found via relationships built with good RE agents.

Please let me know if you would like to connect.

Thanks!

Hey Everyone,

I'm looking to connect with good wholesalers working in the King County, Washington area. Also North Pierce and South end of Snohomish County.

I am currently purchasing 3-5 SFR to rehab a month, and looking to increase that number. Please let me know if you are interested in working together.

Thanks!

thanks @Phillip Williams, @Bryan L., @Jerry R. Really appreciate your input! Jerry R.... Is Listingbook really up to date on the MLS? I've heard that most of the time, with most access sites that pull from MLS, there is anywhere from a 1-3 day lag time between when the listing hits the MLS, and when it hits the site. Most of the great deals get snatched up before that...

Hi BP Community

New investor here. Is there a way to easily get access to the MLS without having to rely on a RE Agent?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Thanks guys. I really appreciate the responses. alot of good ideas. Have you ever heard of or considered paying per lead? I've heard if investors paying maybe $5-10 per lead, where a lead is somewhat qualified... maybe a vacant house with no sign in front, that sort of thing...any thoughts??

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have a contract you use for wholesaling in Washington State? Also an assignment contract? I would love to get a copy if possible...

Thanks in advance!

Hi Everyone

I'm new to RE investing. I like the idea of bird dogs. Curious to get some insight on successful ways to find good bird dogs, and then what pay structure you have found to work well?

Thanks for any help you can give!
