Good afternoon BP , I have a question for you experince Wholesaler's. Im new to REI and im juat getting juat started to wholeslaing now I want to know is what is your most EFFECTIVE way to find Motivated buyers and Motivated sellers ? Thank you I appreciate all replys & advice!

As a real estate agent I learn a lot in here, and helps me with my investors. I listen to the podcasts going to the gym, and reading the blogs at night, trying to absorb as much as I can, and then posting questions if something wasn't that clear. I think this approach helped me improve as an agent, and as an investor myself.

Hows it going BiggerPockets community ? I am Jarett , 19 years old and new member from South Florida singed up cause i believe Real Estate Investing will be my path for financial freedom i come seeking as much knowledge as i can have. I really want to invest in mutli families , & rentals but also want to eventually go to other parts of real estate in the future. I am looking forward for what Bigger pockets has to offer me as it already has gave me a lot of information!
