@Dan Sheeks

That would be so awesome I’ll definitely take a look at that article!! I’ll probably be asking you some questions on it as well!! I think it’s awesome you are trying to help us young guys because I’ve learned a lot of people don’t think we understand all the hard work it is to actually invest in real estate but I’m definitely here to stay!! Thanks again for the help!! I’ll probably be contacting you shortly!!

@Michael Noto

Thanks!! I’m trying to get myself out there and build up my investor portfolio and I think the best way to get started is definitely with a house hack, I want to get my real estate agent license soon so I can have a foot in the industry and see what others are doing. I think once I get my first property as long as I keep hustling things will pick up and I’ll be able to show people that I’m a serious investor!!

@Brandon Rush

Thanks for the input!! I’m currently looking for a mentor through my aunt who is a real estate agent that said she has some people I could talk too!! I’ll definitely have to ask them if I can shadow them for sometime to see what they do with there investments!! I’ll definitely try again one no isn’t gonna get me down!!

Hello I am 18 years old and trying to get started in real estate!! I’m trying to figure out how to get hard money investors and private money investors to take me seriously as an investor at such a young age. My first property I’m planning on paying for myself by using an fha loan after that I want to use the brrrr strategy to build my portfolio quickly and effectively but that isn’t possible without using other people’s money. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can show them my age is a strength and not a weakness??

Hello!! I’m wondering how long it should take to pay off 100% if a property’s mortgage using the brrrr strategy??assuming that the deal I would be paying off is a good deal.

@Amy Kendall awesome!! I’ll definitely look more into that!! Thanks for the information and the welcome!!

Hello everyone I am brand new to real estate. So far all I’ve done is read rich dad poor dad, investing in real estate with low and no money down, and rental property investing, as well as listen to the bigger pockets podcast!! Just looking for any tips regarding investing in multi family property’s to rent. My biggest question is how I can finance a rental using a private investor but still get them there money back without having to do a long term “mortgage” of sorts?? But any tips will help!! Super excited to get started in investing in real estate!!
