Morning everyone. I just closed on my third house in the Cleveland, Ohio area. I was wondering if anyone had a solid lease that they use for their rental properties that they might be willing to send me.

I have 2 properties now, both in my name. 1 is primary and the other is an investment. I want to hold the investment in my LLC for liability protection, but it makes it more difficult to get the financing (refi in this case). I wanted to see what some other people do or how you structure your deals with liability protection, while using bank money to acquire multiple properties.

Thanks guys. This is an out of state investment property but I will talk with lenders and maybe an attorney. If I purchased the house in the LLC name, would I then be able to do this. I am trying to figure out the best way to protect myself while using bank money.
