hi everyone, just looking for some focused advice in a world of information overload, I apologize if this has been discussed before.  Any great recommendations or suggestions of books, courses, contacts out there regarding the best way to learn about improving taxes when owning rental properties.  I am all about systems and was wondering if there are any good books or systems out there to follow myself in order to get the tax implications to the best place they need to be for my rental property business just starting out? THANKS FOR ANY HELP AND DIRECTION!

hi everyone, not to sure if this has been covered before and if so, I apologize.  I do a lot of driving and was wondering if anyone had GLOWING RECOMMENDATIONS for an audio book that has helped them gain increased knowledge regarding owning, investing in, running buy and hold rental properties such as single homes, duplexes, triplexes and so on.  Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.  THANKS!

Hello everyone, I am 33 years old and work on buy and hold rentals with my father, focusing on section 8 to improve cash flow.  We tend to purchase below market singles, duplexes, triplexes and quads.  My father is focused on retirement preparation and I am focused on creating some financial freedom to spend time with family and pursue other income producing endeavors.  I am very focused on improving cash flow numbers and being frugal regarding this endeavor with my father.  My family does a good job living within our means and I am fighting hard to create an income replacement cash flow to replace the menial 9-5 job that I currently hold, that I am in no way passionate about.  I have a lot to offer this world, but need to create the time and financial freedom to pursue more meaningful passions.  God bless all of you and thank you ahead of time for any HELP and INFORMATION.
