Hello,

I am looking to eventually build my own multi-family investment portfolio/company after college. My goal is to gain experience working for a company that partakes in syndication of money and then investment into multi-family properties, and then soon after begin my own. My question is, what companies do you think would most align with my goal of investing into multi-family properties and would allow me to see the entire process so that I can begin my own company? I prefer to work in Atlanta, GA.

Thanks in advance for responding!

Hello,

I have found a run-down house in my area that has been vacated for the past few years. I'm interested in buying the property and would like to see if the owner has any interest in selling the property for a reasonable value. I have the owner's contact information. Does anyone know where I can find a template of a letter that I can send the owner in regards to sparking interest in selling the vacated property?

Best!

Hello,

Please DM me and we can discuss some of your options. I currently live in Athens, GA.

Although I do not have much experience, I have heard of landlords putting a weight/size limit on the tenant's dog. Cats tend to use litter boxes and if they cause damage, it is typically to the tenant's furniture (ie. leather couches) rather than the actual property. You can ask for a pet fee (or pent rent) each month if that eases your mind.
